Riki AI is sold as a lifetime access, one-time payment product. There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden charges, or automatic renewal fees.

To request a refund, contact our support team at test.grp15@gmail.com with your payment ID and reason for the request. We will review your claim within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
As this is a one-time purchase with lifetime access, there is no subscription to cancel. Once access is granted, it remains active indefinitely unless revoked due to Terms of Service violations.
